A little about me.

Okay, so I decided to start blogging. Now what. I figure I'll tell you a little about myself and my family.

I am married, still technically a newlywed! My husband Steven is my best friend. We will have been married for 1 year on April 24. We got married in Cocoa Beach, FL, when we moved to Melbourne for 8 months while he was working for Five Guys. We moved back to VA in November, and will be here for a few more months until Steven leaves for basic training with the US Navy. We have a sweet little boy who you'll be hearing more about than you would probably like, but what can I say, he's my life!

Camden is 5 months old. He was born on September 23, 2010 at 2:50 AM. He weighed 6 lbs 5.5 oz and was 19.5 inches long. Boy has he changed since then! I'm loving every minute of watching him grow up. His newest accomplishment is scootching on his belly. He can't get very far, but boy does he try! Camden was breastfed for 6 weeks, I'm wishing I had tried harder to keep going!! We cloth diaper him, babywear, and make most of our own babyfood. We cosleep, but are trying to get him used to his crib, and I miss my snuggles all night! He's a sweet baby. Everyone that meets him falls in love with him.

And now that I have told you about my family, here's a little about me. I'm 20 years old. I'm a college student currently at nova. I'm taking prereqs for dental hygiene, but I don't know if that's really what I want to do with my life. The money is good, but cleaning peoples mouths doesn't really seem like all that much fun. I still have time to decide. Aside form school I'm a stay at home mom and I will be for a while. I would like a part time job, but you know how hard jobs are to come by these days. If it happens, great, if not, well that's life!

And that's what I'm willing to share up to this point. You'll learn more about me as I update this, but I don't wanna bombard you with too much at once! ;)
